Book Kishawna Peck

She speaks from inside the industry.

Ten years in data and AI. Nine years building the room where senior women in this field find each other. Kishawna does not give the overview talk. She gives the one your audience has been waiting for someone on the inside to say.

Signature talks

The teams building AI products are missing design inputs that compromise the products and generate costly downstream problems. This talk makes the technical and business case for inclusive design as a core competency, not a post-launch checklist. Suited for product leaders, engineering teams, and executives overseeing AI development.

Inclusive AI Product Development

Most organizations are not building AI strategy. They are performing it. This talk gives executives and senior leaders the framework to distinguish real capability from optics, ask better questions of their technical teams, and make decisions that do not leave them exposed.

AI Strategy or Theater: What Executives Need to Know

AI is reshaping every industry. The women who work in data and AI every day are watching it unfold from three distinct vantage points: as consumers of products largely built without them, as builders within organizations where their expertise often outpaces their authority, and as entrepreneurs using AI to build businesses and economic independence on their own terms.

This talk examines what is actually at stake for women across all three of those realities.

Women, Sovereignty, and the AI Economy

Kishawna Peck built Canada's first conference for women in data and AI without a playbook, without a network, and without permission. What she had was a decade of navigating spaces not built for her, and a sharp understanding of where the gaps were. That positioning turned out to be the strategy.

This talk is about what becomes possible when you stop treating your intersecting identities as complications and start treating them as competitive intelligence. For founders, executives, and builders who have always had to figure out the room before they could work in it.

Building at the Intersections and Leading in AI

Built around what your audience needs.

  • 45 to 60 minutes. Best for conference main stages and leadership summits.

  • 30 to 45 minutes in conversation. Works best when your host has done the reading and comes ready to go deep.

  • Full-day or half-day event facilitation. Kishawna has hosted technical conferences and corporate leadership events.

  • Kishawna moderates with the same standards she holds keynote stages to. No softballs. Real conversation.

  • Half-day or full-day working sessions for leadership teams and technical teams. Custom content built for your context.

  • Two structured workshops with your leadership team. Custom to your AI posture and roadmap.
