8 WEEK PROGRAM FOR WOMEN IN DATA AND AI READY TO MONETIZE THEIR EXPERTISE
You've shipped the models. Led the teams. Built the infrastructure your company runs on. You're underpriced. Or not charging at all.
8 weeks to fix that.

$9,000 CAD · Cohort One starts July 7 · Applications close June 19
The data and AI consulting market is full of people who shouldn't be selling it.
People who think prompting an LLM makes them an expert.
People with no battle wounds from real production.
People unwilling to build the skillset.
Companies are paying them.
Then watching the projects fail.
Or worse exposing them to risk.
They don't need more AI hype.
They need the people who have actually led and shipped this work.
Meanwhile, the women who can do it are charging less. Or nothing.
Every month you stay silent or underpriced is money you leave on the table.
The economic climate is not in our favour.
Every layoff cycle, every DEI rollback, every restructuring proves this.
Consulting work. Advisory work. Speaking fees. That builds resilience.
That's how you stop being one quarterly decision away from starting over.
That's the gap this program closes.

I built it. The room confirmed it.
I've been building this program for months.
The 9th Woven Conference was the test.

The two most packed Executive Lounge sessions were on going from corporate to independent, and on pricing, proposals, and getting paid. Standing room. Notebooks open. Hands in the air past time. Women lining up to talk afterward.

The signal was clear. This is what they're asking for.
-
You've been quoting hourly when the work is project-based
-
Your inbox is full of people DMing you for free advice
-
You're employed, side-hustling, and trying to figure out when to make the jump
-
You just got laid off and the side hustle has to become real, fast
-
You've been independent for a year and underpriced because you didn't know better
This is for you if

-
You're still building foundational data and AI skills. Come back when you've shipped production work.
-
You want someone to do the work for you
-
You're already at $400K or more in revenue. Different program.
-
You can't see how one client engagement pays you back
-
You think senior expertise should sell itself. The structured offer is the work this builds.
Not for you if

About Me
LED BY LIVED EXPERIENCE. BACKED BY INDUSTRY INSIGHT.
By the time I left corporate in 2021, I was a leader. The most senior data professional in my organization. Leading teams. Setting data strategy. In leadership meetings. All of it grew me in ways I couldn't see at the time.

I left because of discrimination.

I've been independent for five years. Five-figure speaking. Six-figure consulting. Advisory work. Building Woven from a side hustle to 6,000+ members. Figuring out what to charge, how to scope, how to say no, and how to keep building when nothing is guaranteed.
I built this program because I had to. I figured out this work the hard way, alone, while recovering from what corporate did to me. I'm teaching you before you get there.

Here is what I know to be true. Women in data and AI cannot afford to depend on corporate investment that can be withdrawn at any time. Every layoff cycle, every DEI rollback, every restructuring proves it.

I care about women making money. Real money. Money is how we get options. Money is how we give back. Money is how we have better quality of life. The economic and political climate right now is not favourable for us. This program is one of the pathways. It's a form of resistance. Give the real experts the mic.

This is the room I wish I'd had at your stage.
